Description
Lisafs has been made default. We will let it bake for a bit and once we have more confidence, we can delete P9 completely and deprecate the `--lisafs` flag in runsc.
The work involves:
- [ ] Deleting p9 package itself.
- [x] Cleaning up the gofer client in fsimpl.
- [x] Cleaning up the gofer server side code.
- [ ] Deleting tests.
- [x] Deprecating flags.
This depends on #1624.
