Add mycila and governator links to wiki

Please add https://github.com/mycila/guice and https://github.com/Netflix/governator links to https://github.com/google/guice/wiki/3rdPartyModules.

Sorry if this wasn't the preferred way to request this. It looks like wiki edits are disabled, and it seems it's not possible to fork wikis in GitHub, so opening a ticket was the only thing I could think of.
