A fail fast mode to avoid multiple high cost failures populating a ProvisionException

Description of the issue: This is not a bug report but a feature request.

The issue is covered in this StackOverflow link http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12315877/is-there-a-way-to-get-guice-to-fail-fast-during-guice-createinjector I understand the merits of the current behaviour but have real world example where it is causing expense in resource utilisation.
