Output Plugins Python Client

Hello!!
I am trying to automate GRR and am running into a little bit of a problem. When I try and set up multiple output plugins for a new hunt that I am creating, I cannot find the method to your madness. I am looking through the documentation, but cannot find any examples. I am trying to set two Email outputs and one Big Query output through the CreateFlowRunnerArgs() function. How would I do so, while making some of the options for Big Query to true and setting an email and emails_limit for both Email Outputs?
