Incremental update function of router

I am using `router ` to poll the routing table to guard a certain `static route`.

So that I will construct router objects `regularly`, and the `memory ` occupied by the program `cannot be reduced`.

Will router integrate `monitoring ` kernel signals in the future? Used to ` incrementally update` router object.
