Description

Putting that:

```java
/*
* Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
*/
```

Doesn't lead to a re-wrap of the too long single line while it is mentioned on the [Google Java Style Guide](https://google.github.io/styleguide/javaguide.html) the following:

> Tip: When writing multi-line comments, use the /* ... */ style **if you want automatic code formatters to re-wrap the lines** when necessary (paragraph-style). Most formatters don't re-wrap lines in // ... style comment blocks.

So I suppose this is a bug.

Reproducible with:
* IntelliJ IDEA plugin v1.16.0.2 (latest version available today)
* [fmt-maven-plugin](https://github.com/spotify/fmt-maven-plugin) (Spotify) v2.20 (latest version available today)
