Possibility to generate new security scratch codes without generating new security key

if the security scratchcodes are empty you only can revoke ./googe-authenticator and generate a new security key with new scretch codes. And you have to remove the old one from the authenticator app and add the new one. I would prefer to have a option --renew or so to generate new scretch codes for the same security key.
