Test subdirectories

It has become quite hard to navigate `testdata` directory. I like having separate files that can easily be fed to Jsonnet individually and I like how simple it is to go from example to a testcase. Just organizing them into multiple directories should help a lot. The test runner will need to traverse testdata recursively.
