Application trace dialog polish

I finally got to play with the new trace dialog - it looks really nice. Good work @AWoloszyn!
There's a few things that I've noticed that we should try and polish:

* [ ] `Select an Application to Trace` would benefit from a URL bar at the top. Hitting enter should navigate to that part of the tree.
* [ ] Opening the `Select an Application to Trace` dialog with the `...` button should navigate to the current URL in the `Application` field.
* [x] `File Name` appears blank by default.
* [ ] The first available device should be automatically selected if no previous device were selected
* [ ] Reopening the trace dialog unselects the previously selected device.
* [ ] Rename `OpenGLES` to `OpenGL ES` (add space)
