[Docs] Possible outdated documentation

We have identified **`1`** possible instance of outdated documentation:

- [ ] [`component.storage.numBindings()`](https://github.com/google/fruit/blob/6d217febbcacae512f9c1a3bcf6fe0d00f762d0d/include/fruit/impl/component.defn.h#L65) was renamed to [`partial_component.storage.numBindings()`](https://github.com/google/fruit/blob/1bf73e046a2c236a64842f1442e41417223cf68b/include/fruit/impl/component.defn.h#L63) but the change has not been reflected in the current version of the [Tutorial: Errors](https://github.com/google/fruit/wiki/Tutorial:-Errors/fedba23ce2cb8813a87ef4a3d135fde4faa8e2c7) wiki page

This is part of a research project that aims to automatically detect outdated documentation in GitHub repositories. We are evaluating the validity of our approach by identifying instances of outdated documentation in real-world projects.
