Add Cal Sans Text UI

Cal Sans Text is a Futura-inspired, two-axis variable font for user interfaces based on [Cal Sans](https://github.com/google/fonts/pull/9232) for Open-SaaS [Cal.com](http://cal.com). I built it to be a small-size companion to Cal Sans and a friendlier version of Cal Sans UI.

It requires a New Variable axis: MODE

I built Cal Sans Text with GF Latin, GF Latin Plus, GF Latin Vietnamese charactersets and I utilized fontmake/GFtools to compile the final source files and variable/static fonts.
