**Super short description of the upgrade:**

- Fix bad glyph connection e.g. in تعسفي.
- Use `rlig` feature for contextual substitutions since some applications disable `calt` by default, which breaks the font.
- Fix noon joining with jalt feature.
- Improve mark positioning above medial meem.
- Make optional features work in Adobe Illustrator which seems to require require all features to be included under DFLT script.
