Update Noto Sans Chakma Font in Android (U+11100–U+1114F)

Hello Google Font & Android Team,

I am Bivuti Chakma, a Chakma font developer. In 2019, I requested the inclusion of the Chakma script in Android. Following that request, Noto Sans Chakma was added in Android 9.0, which allowed Android devices to support Chakma (U+11100–U+1114F).

Since then, the Chakma script has been supported on Android devices — it can be displayed, read, and written. However, the included Chakma font has not been updated for more than 5–7 years. Because of this, the old font lacks full script coverage and proper rendering, making it impossible to correctly write all Chakma text on Android.

Request: Please update the Noto Sans Chakma font in Android (from version 12 to the latest) with the most recent version from the Noto project so that Chakma can be fully supported.
