Many fonts have empty description files

**Describe the issue**

I'm not sure if this is intentional, but can't find any prior discussion on it.

Several fonts in the collection contain a completely empty (0 bytes) `DESCRIPTION.en_us.html`:

- Teacher
- Tac One
- Rethink Sans
- Platypi
- Onest
- Ojuju
- Jaro
- Gabarito
- Danfo
- Afacad

All of those fonts also appear to have a non-empty `ARTICLE.en_us.html`.

Does an empty description carry any meaningful semantic information compared to just not having the file present?
