Some characters are omited from all subset fonts

Description
I have noticed that some of the Unicode characters seem to never be present in any subset fonts.
For example, the base `latin` subset comes with arrows up ↑ and down ↓ characters, but not left ← or right →. Please consider adding these two characters to the base `latin` set to maintain consistent look of all arrows, but also, perhaps a separate subset should be created for all characters that aren't specifically Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Vietnamese, etc., but are universal?

As you can see, there are many more arrows (as well as other interesting characters) in the TTF, which are unavailable in webfont files exported from Google Fonts.
