Roboto - greek letter μ is short on smaller, even px sizes.

**Describe the bug**

Happens to me only using google fonts and only at 12px, 14px and 16px. Using my local font renders correctly. Additionally, if I zoom the page the problem goes away which tells me it's a rasterization problem.

**To Reproduce**

Type anything that contains the greek letter μ. You can copy `συμπλ` for convenience.

**Expected behavior**

Well, I expect to render the letter μ in the correct height, like my local font does.

**Additional context**

I'm using Windows 11, screen resolution is 2560x1440, I've tried it in Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.
