{Pixelify Sans} has a dead link to author's website + Cyrillic capital letters О and П (U+041E and U+041F respectively) are mysteriously missing

On [Pixelify Sans] font here: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Pixelify+Sans?script=Cyrl the Cyrillic Capital letters O and П (their Unicode points being U+041E U+041F respectively) for unknown reasons doesn't even exist at all in this font. Also, author's website listed currently at font's GoogleFonts page appears to be completely dead.

**To Reproduce**
1. Go to Pixelity Sans's GoogleFonts Tester page https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Pixelify+Sans/tester?script=Cyrl.
2. At there in test field, type all letters from Bulgarian alphabet: АБВГДЕЖЗИЙКЛМНОПРСТУФХЦЧШЩЪЬЮЯ. This means typing all capital letters from Unicode Cyrillic Block in the range U+410 through U+042F one after another.
All letters from the Cyrillic letter А U+0410 through the letter Н U+041D and then all rest letters from the Cyrillic letter Р U+0420 onward to the last letter Я U+042F, aka: letters АБВГДЕЖЗИЙКЛМН and then letters РСТУФХЦЧШЩЪЬЮЯ will render normally as expected, but the letters О and П will flat-out NOT being able to be typed, as those two will be only showing TOFU characters at their positions due to being completely missing.

**Expected behavior**
Both of the letters О and П should be present and able to be typed normally, like nearly all other fonts. All lowercase letters however seems to be fully available without anything being missing.
Also, author website should be opening normally.

**Additional context**
Pixelify Sans's GitHub page https://github.com/eifetx/Pixelify-Sans/issues doesn't appear to even have any activity by author since this font's being released. There also appears to be no fixes being released at all, including those two Cyrillic missing letters, also the "Issue" are lacking any replies by author, neither!
Also, on GoogleFonts page "About" section https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Pixelify+Sans/about?script=Cyrl, it has a external links to author's website https://www.typecalism.com and his profile on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/eifetx/. While author's Instagram profile seems to be OK and is still working, his website's external link, however, is completely dead now, as this https://www.typecalism.com website seems to has been vanished and isn't even opening anymore.

So, I suggest, only the link to author's Instagram profile to be left present / intact, while the other link leading to his (already) vanished website to be removed.
