Please, update {Charis SIL} font

Charis SIL 6.101 (font's version currently on GoogleFonts)

**New available version:**
Current latest version is being now **Charis SIL 6.200** released back in 1st February 2023 but it's seems to be still unavailable on GoogleFonts: https://github.com/silnrsi/font-charis/releases/tag/v6.200
Newly added characters for:
Combining marks
Modifier letters and symbols
Cyrillic modifier letters, subscripts, and combining marks
Symbols
+ some minor bugfixes.
