Description
**Describe the bug**
In some cases when typing in the Gujarati script using the Rasa font family, the wrong sized version. of the " િ" matra (diacritic) is being used.
**To Reproduce**
This bug has been observed while using Google Docs, having ensured that the latest version of the font has been downloaded.
**Expected behavior**
Using a previous release of the font family in Microsoft Publisher, the word "શિવશક્તિ" is correctly typeset as:

However, using the latest release in Google Docs, the word "શિવશક્તિ" is incorrectly typeset as:

The second " િ" matra is too short and should be longer. FontForge shows that multiple longer, versions of " િ" are present in the static Rasa-Regular.ttf file. This is just one example that clearly shows this bug. I am unsure of how many other examples there are where the incorrect " િ" is used for the consonant/conjunct.
**Additional context**
OS version: Windows 10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5608)
Browser: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer
