Fonts don't load on fonts.google.com after selecting filters (CORS issue?)

**Describe the issue**

An issue with CORS seems to be preventing fonts from loading on fonts.google.com. Fonts do load on the initial homepage, but not after selecting preview text and filters.

**To Reproduce**

Open fonts.google.com in Chrome or Firefox (haven't tested other browsers). Type some characters in the preview box, select a language to filter by.

**Expected behavior**

Filter works, but fonts don't load.

Chrome Version 122.0.6261.112 (Official Build) (arm64)
Firefox 123.0.1 (64-bit)
macOS 12.6.5

**Screenshots**

Tested in Incognito to ensure the problem wasn't related to cookies or a browser extension. Most fonts don't load, but if I scroll down there are a few that do load, some Noto fonts and Arimo.
