[Prociono] Incorrect feature tag 'CAPS' in GSUB table

**Describe the bug**

The `GSUB` table has an incorrect/unknown feature tag `CAPS`.

**To Reproduce**

In DTL OTMaster 8.9:
1. Open font file
2. Go to `Tools>'GPOS'/'GSUB' Table Viewer`
3. Select `GSUB Table` from `Layout Table` drop-down menu
4. Feature 0 'CAPS' is reported as 'unknown' or 'not-registered'

On FontBakery v0.10.3:
1. Run FontBakery with profile `check-googlefonts`
2. Check ID: `com.google.fonts/check/layout_valid_feature_tags` flags `CAPS` as invalid

**Expected behavior**

Unknown. The intention of the developer is to switch lowercase Latin glyphs to uppercase. This action does not need to be handled by OTL.
