Description
The ogonek in eogonek of Poppins is misaligned in all weights (the darker weight, the worse) — see image (left: current design, right: a more natural placement).
Previously raised in the original repo: https://github.com/itfoundry/Poppins/issues/49 but foundry seems uninterested in upkeeping the project.
