IBM Plex Sans Arabic Problem rendering ڻ word.

I'm facing problem with **IBM Plex Sans Arabic** font rendering **ڻ** word when combine it with other word.

**Example text with **Mirza** or **Lateef** font**
ھاڻين ماڻھون اسان سان علم جون ڳالھيون ڪندا

but in IBM Plex Sans Arabic ڻ word work as a individual just like this: ماڻ ھون

I made a mistake in screenshot, the second example in the screenshot's font is Mirza, I apologize for it.
