**Describe the bug**
The capital version of T-comma does not seem to work in web pages or in the Google Font preview website. [Information about the glyph/letter](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C8%9A).
**To Reproduce**
- Navigate to the [Maven Pro page](https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Maven+Pro?preview.text=%C8%9A&preview.text_type=custom)
- Under Styles > Type here to preview text paste the following character: `Ț` (U+021A)
- The preview will display an square (unknown character symbol I guess)
**Expected behavior**
The letter should work.

Seems to happen on Chrome 115.0.5790.110 and Brave 1.56.14.
