Add Courier Badi

**Super short description of the Font Family:**
A fork of Courier Prime adding Bahá'í related characters in the broadest sense.

**Requirements:**

I understand that Google Fonts will publish only fonts that matches [its requirements](https://googlefonts.github.io/gf-guide/), and I can confirm the project meets them (by ticking the cases, or putting x between the square brackets in text mode):

- [x] There is no "Reserved Font Name" mention in the OFL license
(for fairness sake I mention that it's derived from Courier Prime, which has the reserved font name Courier Prime Source in it, but that is not a reserved font name for this font)
- [x] Family name is unique according to namecheck.fontdata.com
- [x] The font supports at least [GF Latin Core glyphset](https://github.com/googlefonts/glyphsets/tree/main/GF_glyphsets/Latin/)

Note that I'm still working through satisfying the Fontbakery issues, but it's already better than the original so I though it might be good to already (pre)submit it here and have a professional's eye on it.

Long term I am considering also adding rudimentary monospace arabic support to this font, which would be a first. I'm not really an artist though, so don't expect too much of it 😅.
