Update François One

**Font Project Git Repo URL:**

which is is a fork of https://github.com/dsweetnich/francoisoneFont,
which is a fork of https://github.com/googlefonts/francoisoneFont.

**History of the project:**

- https://github.com/google/fonts/pull/2968 Rodrigo was commissioned to update the family, but regression was introduced
- https://github.com/google/fonts/pull/6241 Therefore it was decided to onboard the upgrade under the new name "Freeman"
- In the meanwhile, François One was updated during the Summer of Type project in one of the above forks, and reviewed by Aoife.
- https://github.com/google/fonts/pull/5919 Jacques was then commissioned to prepare François One after it was updated during the Summer of Type project, but somehow the same regression as Rodrigo's version was introduced.
- https://github.com/google/fonts/pull/6384 Therefore these changes were reverted to go back to original.

**What we need to do**
1. compare all the forks between each other and with the current distributed version
2. select a good candidate to update François without introducing so much regression
3. See if it introduces the Summer of Type changes or if some of these changes (like spacing) could be reverted to avoid regression.

For now we only need a detailed report in order to see if a designer should be commissioned or not.
