**Describe the bug**
The font face Roboto in weight 400 is missing the character U+2264 "Less-Than Or Equal To".
The character is present in the other Roboto weights.
**To Reproduce**
Open this link at look at Regular 400:
https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Roboto?preview.text=%E2%89%A4&preview.text_type=custom
**Expected behavior**
The font weight 400 should contain the character. Similar to the other font weights.
