Interrobang support is inconsistent‽

**Describe the issue**
The interrobang (‽) appears in some fonts on [the main browsing page](https://fonts.google.com/?preview.text=%E2%80%BD&preview.text_type=custom&preview.size=106). However, when navigating to any of these fonts' dedicated page (for example [this one for Inter](https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Inter?preview.text=%E2%80%BD&preview.text_type=custom&preview.size=106)), the glyph no longer appears in any of the previews. The glyph also does not work when attempting to use these fonts in a project.

What's more is that after visiting the dedicated page with missing glyph, then hitting back to go to the main browsing page, the interrobang glyph no longer even shows up on this page for the font just visited. This reverts to normal on refresh.

This presumably also affects some other more obscure symbols but I have not tried to find any yet.

**To Reproduce**
1. Search for "‽" in general search
2. Select a font that displays an actual rendering of this symbol
3. View the page for that font and try to use the "‽" in any of the type preview tools
4. Additionally, try to use the symbol in a website with the Google Font imported

**Expected behavior**
Glyphs that display on the main search page should display on the dedicated page.
If a font has a glyph, I should be able to use it with Google fonts.

**Additional context**
The fonts on the working page appear as `"Inter rev=1"`, `"Noto Sans rev=1"`, etc.

OS: MacOS Monterey 12.6
