Flair axis is missing on Knowledge/Glossary

#This issue also works for requesting features.

**Describe the issue**
When looking for the [Flair](https://github.com/google/fonts/blob/main/axisregistry/Lib/axisregistry/data/flair.textproto) axis entry in the Glossary section of the Knowledge page, I didn't find one.

**To Reproduce**
Go to https://fonts.google.com/knowledge/glossary and look for the axis.

**Expected behavior**
To have an entry for the Flair axis on the Glossary page
