[Merriweather] /question and /exclam glyphs seem too tall

Description
The question mark and exclamation glyphs appear to be too tall (taller than UC, lc, parentheses etc.) Is this intentional? The following table shows the heights of glyphs in the [current version of Merriweather Regular](https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Merriweather) on Google Fonts.
