What if API v2 is not support font available in v1?

Description
In API **v1** I can import font [Droid Sans](https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Droid+Serif:400,400i,700), but in **v2** that's font is not available:
> No matches in the open source catalog. Viewing 2 families from external foundries.
I followed external link to font shop - font not free/open source.
How to be in this situation? Remove font from site? Or I can still use it legal by API v1?
