Markazi Text not displaying properly on PowerPoint

Hi i am on the latest version of PowerPoint and the Markazi Text font wont display properly in Arabic only works in the English version as shown in the attachment. I've searched online for the problem and can't seem to find a fix, This problem is occurring on both my Desktop and Laptop. I've also figured something out, the google fonts that work perfectly fine with PowerPoint actually show in the "Complex scripts fonts" as shown in the 2nd image and i can't seem to find Markazi on the list. Hope you can help solve this issue, Thanks!
