Description

I'm not sure if this is a font issue, or browser rendering issue. The bug occurs in both Chrome, Chromium and Safari but appears to be fine in Firefox.

https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Noto+Sans+SC?preview.text_type=custom&query=noto+sans+sc&preview.text=m%C3%A1s%20M%C3%81S&selection.family=Noto+Sans+SC:wght@100&sidebar.open=true#standard-styles

With Noto Sans SC and the text "más MÁS" the accent renders fine with the lower case version and appears fine with the uppercase version until you click on the text (for example the regular 400 preview) at which point the acent moves from above the A to be overlapping the S. The click in other use contexts is not required to cause this render bug, but is with the link above.

Same text using Open Sans, does not show this problem.
