Prompt: Letter "v" has the wrong font weight in Semibold & SemiBoldItalic

Hello,

I encountered the same problem as reported here [Letter "v" has the wrong font weight in Semibold](https://github.com/cadsondemak/prompt/issues/6) from `https://github.com/cadsondemak/prompt` using the version `1.001` from here in LibreOffice.

A patched version of original `1.000` is proposed by @kenmcd.

I tested the patched TTF files with LibreOffice and "v" issue is corrected. But this patched version is listed as a "new family" by LibreOffice as `Prompt SemiBold` and no more as style `SemiBold` or `SemiBold Italic` inside the `Prompt` font family as prevously.
