OpenType Features missing in Roboto Mono that are available in Roboto

OpenType supports many interesting font features like Small Capitals or Fractions. The `Roboto` font supports a wide range of these features, but the `Roboto Mono` font only provides the `Small Capitals` one.

I guess many features in `Roboto` like different Ligatures or Stylistic variants are not that relevant for a monospaced font. But some, like `Franctions` would be very cool to have.
