Maven Pro name tables

https://github.com/google/fonts/tree/master/ofl/mavenpro is a VF, but a user is reporting a problem with the static instances in MS Office:

> as soon as I open WORD or PowerPoint, Maven Pro no longer displays these fonts correctly, and shows up with three regular fonts instead of our specific ones.

> 1) The Maven Pro Semi Bold is not stored as "Semi Bold" in the system, but as "Regular".
