Character ^ (U+005E) appears as = (U+003D). It can be reproduced in the [Google Fonts website](https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Acme?preview.text=%5E&preview.text_type=custom)
I'm also not sure about ˆ (U+02C6) but I'm not an expert
