Rajdhani Lowercase "a" Accessibility Issue

Hello,

The lowercase "a" of Rajdhani is not distinguishable from the lowercase "o" for the visually impaired and/or at tiny font sizes. Is there a way to add an alternate lowercase "a" with an instroke or upper open counter?
