Poppins: Middle line not showing on characters like 'E', 'F' Visual Studio

Description
Hello.
I am using the last version of this font (Poppins).
The middle line in the 'E' and 'F' characters doesn't show on the Light and Meddium version for 14 pixel size.
It is visible for 18 size for sure.
I attach some examples.
Edit: It happens to the 'H' character too.
