Description

In https://github.com/rsms/inter/issues/112#issuecomment-455547279 I read that for password form elements, the unicode character used to show each (masked) typed character is not always the same!

> `U+2022` is used in webkit browsers and `U+25CF` is used in IE, Edge & Firefox

So, we should probably have `U+2022` and `U+25CF` in `latin-ext` (and Google Latin Plus) since they appear so frequently
