Issue with Prompt family, weight 400

I've been using your font-family Prompt, but I have an issue with font-weight 400.
Font-weight 400 works fine on IE and Firefox. On Chrome 71.0.3578.98 (64 bits) it works on one pc, it doesn't in another (same chrome version).
You can see the issue in the following image. The menu items' weights are in order (left to right): 300, 400, 500 and 700.
You notice 400 is bolder than 500 and even 700.

Clearing cache and opening the page in incognito mode in the "faulty pc" doesn't work.
