Add FontStruction “Pipeline”

Pipeline is centered on a 3x∞ pipe, made originally by me. Currently, I am done with basic Latin and most of more latin. I plan on doing all of latin, greek, and Cyrillic during the coming summer. Over the fall I plan on most of Arabic. this is a continuous font, with ends and branches all over. Pipes other than the main one can be found all over. Because of the pixelization, every now and then a few glyphs repeat, in which the mode pixels are 6x6 (10x6 with pipe ends).
