Add FontStruction “Kubasta”

Kubasta is a monospaced pixel font making the best out of a 5×7 grid. I designed it with readability in mind, the glyphs are easily distinguishable from one another and legible even in small sizes.

Supported Unicode blocks are so far:
* Basic Latin
* Latin-1 Supplement
* Latin Extended-A
* Latin Extended Additional
* many more characters

I plan to add support for at least every Latin block and maybe Cyrillic after that.

Kubasta is perfectly applicable for retro style interfaces, websites, and terminals. It has been used in the game "Beat Cop" by Pixel Crow.
