Description
Several European languages pair the _single/double low-9_ and _right single/double_ quotation marks for „quotes” (eg: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quotation_mark#Summary_table_for_all_languages). Proper use thereof when set in Oswald is impossible due to stylistic differences between U+201A and U+201E and the rest.
