Bellefair "1/2" Character Incorrect

Description

In all the code pages/character sets, the "½" character displays as "2 1/". The "¼" and "¾" are correct.

1/2 = U+00BD: Vulgar Fraction One Half
Dos US: 0xAB
Windows Western: 0x21
