Remove direct email addresses

Following https://github.com/googlefonts/fontbakery/issues/183 (and using the list in https://github.com/googlefonts/fontbakery-dashboard/issues/33) there are some emails remaining in copyright notices, and also in descriptions (eg ofl/expletussans/DESCRIPTION.en_us.html) and these should be removed and replaced with links to upstream repos.

Start with the email list from fontbakery#183 and fontbakery-dashboard#33, then inspect the example at ofl/expletussans/DESCRIPTION.en_us.html and search the repository for remaining direct email addresses. Done means the identified addresses in copyright notices and descriptions are replaced with links to the appropriate upstream repositories.
