Update Anton font with Cyrillic support

**Super short description of the upgrade:** This update adds Cyrillic support for languages that use the Cyrillic script, as well as two additional currency symbols: the Tenge sign and the Som sign. Kerning and hinting were added and adjusted for the Cyrillic glyph set.

**Bugs reported in this repo which this upgrade would fix:** Search in the [issue tracker](https://github.com/google/fonts/issues) if there is some opened issues containing the font name.
