Description
In the courgette font there is a character confusion with regards to supporting Romanian language
scomma - is correct (Romanian character)
tcomma - 021A & 021B is missing (Romanian character)
scedilla - is correct (doesn't belong to Romanian characters)
tcedilla - is actually tcomma
In conclusion: tcedilla should be put in place of the tcomma and tcedilla should be modeled after scomma (the two parts of the character should touch).
