Double-border rendering for some fields

I'm seeing a double border along the bottom of some fields, including some empty fields. Tried a few things with the dynamicFormsFieldSection component's template and css, but I haven't found anything that fixes it completely so far.

Seems to occur with or without Field Label Overrides in place.

Start with the dynamicFormsFieldSection component's template and CSS, which the report identifies as related to the rendering. Reproduce the double bottom border on populated and empty fields, both with and without Field Label Overrides, and consider the issue done when the extra border no longer appears in those cases.
