Error Prone 2.3.3 introduces `-XepIgnoreSuppressionAnnotations` (in https://github.com/google/error-prone/commit/c54fe695374c231b388aa6c87a5686fed66c76d9) but this is not documented in https://errorprone.info/docs/flags
